DTF orders can be placed as 22-inch wide gang sheets or individual / custom size trasnfer sheets.

Ordering DTF Gang Sheet:

If you already have your 22-inch wide gang sheet as a .png, .psd, or .pdf file with no background color, you are then ready to order. Click "order DTF gang sheet" link on our main page and then follow these steps:

🛒 Step 1: Choose your gang sheet's size as length (e.g. If your gang sheet is 22 by 120 inches, then select 120 option)🎨 Step 2: Upload your design by clicking the upload button .💳 Step 3: Complete checkout securely on Shopify.

Ordering Custom Size Transfer Sheets:

If you are planning to make a few or several custom apparel and need only small number of transfer sheets, this option is for you. You will need your image files as .png, .psd, or .pdf with no background. Click "custom transfer sheets by size" link on our main page and then follow these steps:

📏 Step 1: Choose your images's longer side length (e.g. If your image is 12 by 14 inches, select 14 inch option)🎨 Step 2: Upload your design by clicking the upload button.🛒 Step 3: Once it is added to your cart, select another size and upload that file too.💳 Step 4: After all images are uploaded, complete checkout securely on Shopify.

In such rare cases of uploading issues, check your files format to make sure it is .psd, .png, or .pdf version. If your file is too large, consider making smaller ones (e.g. try uploading 2 of 22 inches by 180 inches rather than a single 360 inches long file). 

If the problem persists, contact us via email or phone call. We know your order has time constraint and quick help is available.

Upon receiving your order, please check to make sure everything is in order. If there is any errors, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We resolve any issues quickly if we made a mistake or if there was an unlikely mistake in production. 

We are not responsible for

• unremoved background 
• incorrect file submission
• incorrectly designed image size in customers' submitted file 
• any other customer-related errors that we did not have any control over 

Orders cannot be canceled if they are already printed. Contact us to check the status if there is any need for cancellation.

Yes, free pick up is available 7/24 from our Houston store. While completing check out, there will be an option as "pick up" rather than shipping. Select that option and visit us to retrieve your prints.

Set your heat press to 310 degrees Fahrenheit and medium to high pressure. Press the trasnfer sheet for 6-9 seconds and instantly peel without waiting for it to be cold. Afterwards, it is optional to press for another 3-7 seconds for best results. 

If you are ordering first time, request sample transfer sheets to practice on an unused fabric before your actual prints.

We recommend utilizing commercial-scale heat presses as home irons will not produce satisfactory results. Using a compressor powered or hydraulic heat presses would be ideal.
